Julie? Was my hygienist and was delightful. Felt like she was an old friend plus she was professional and efficient. Dr Liang was exceptional. To the point that he managed to add a second appointment for me later the same day for my extraction. I was stunned at that level of helpfulness from a dentist lol. The procedure was utterly painless and he and Julie work together like a well oiled machine. While I don't know the names of the employees up front they are always cheery and helpful even when short handed and busy. Always smiling. In short I had a great painless experience and applaud Main Street Dentistry for hiring such a wonderful team.

All of the staff is excellent from the reception to the dentists. I was thoroughly impressed with the services, their professional development and use of up-to-date technologies. The office hygiene is always on point. No one is ever dismissive or rude. I never have to wait for services and everyone is professional and efficient. Dr. O'Connor consults with you and takes the time to explain procedures without pushing unnecessary procedures. I value good customer service and this office is top notch. I love going there and never thought I'd say that about a dentist appointment!
