To the point that he managed to add a second appointment for me later the same day for my extraction. I was stunned at that level of helpfulness from a dentist lol. The procedure was utterly painless and he and Julie work together like a well oiled machine. While I don't know the names of the employees up front they are always cheery and helpful even when short handed and busy. Always smiling. In short I had a great painless experience and applaud Main Street Dentistry for hiring such a wonderful team.

All of the staff is excellent from the reception to the dentists. I was thoroughly impressed with the services, their professional development and use of up-to-date technologies. The office hygiene is always on point. No one is ever dismissive or rude. I never have to wait for services and everyone is professional and efficient. Dr. O'Connor consults with you and takes the time to explain procedures without pushing unnecessary procedures. I value good customer service and this office is top notch. I love going there and never thought I'd say that about a dentist appointment!
